How to Stop Hair Loss

If possible, you can massage your scalp using some massage oils to increase efficiency. You can visit a hair salon once in a while and let the beauticians massage your scalp.

 

 

 

3. Start investing in a protein diet. Most foods that contain proteins also contain other nutrients such as Vitamin B12 which improves hair growth. Some of the foods that contain proteins include soya beans, nuts, meat, eggs etc

4.For women who choose to perm their hair, don’t frequently change the perm chemicals. Mixing the chemicals may lead to destruction of the follicle roots resulting in hair loss. Also, don’t frequently perm your hair. After perming your hair, let it grow for at least 3 months before perming it again.

5.In some cases, hair loss can be caused by stress. Most people tend to scratch their heads or pull their hair out when in stressful images (7)situation. If this happens regularly, your hair may start falling on its own resulting in hair loss. The best way to avoid hair loss under this circumstance is by practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga etc.

By pulling on your hair, you are likely to pull out the hair follicles by the root which eventually results in hair loss. Before you start combing your hair, make sure it’s completely dry and untangled and comb it slowly. Don’t use rough brushes that may scratch the scalp and cause hair loss but rather use very soft brushes that will carefully straighten your hair without ripping out the follicles.
